Responsibilities:
-Establish methods to meet work schedules.
-Supervise and coordinate activities of staff preparing and portioning food.
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
-Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
-Address customer complaints or concerns.
-Prepare and submit reports.
-Establish work schedules.
Supervision:
Food service counter attendants and food preparers
